Here we gather and share all the information about Africa Twin 650/750 shock absorber we have

Last time we were working on AT rebuild kit as a small side project. It looks like this shock absorber is fully rebuilt now and works fine, so we can show you how to rebuild this shock and offer you a rebuild kit.

Africa Twin shock rebuild kit #1

Basic repair kit contains seals, o-rings and bushing needed for AT shock rebuild. There are also instruction and stickers.

This rebuild kit contains rebuild kit#1 and additionally gas valve needed for basic reservoir upgrade.

AT 750 Rebuild kit no 3

This rebuild kit contains rebuild kit#1 and additionally our new 2 in 1 reservoir cap with gas valve. Thanks to it you can upgrade reservoir by moving the bladder to the opposite side or keep it in old style. Our cap is made of aluminum 2017 alloy, which is also used in aircraft components.

AT shock absorber shaft

Africa Twin shock absorber shaft, rising the bike 0-6cm

Shock absorber shaft with rubber bumper holder (holder may be impossible to unscrew in old shaft). This shaft have longer bottom thread, so after adding a spacer you can lift the bike up to 6 cm. In other case you need to trim this thread to fit your needs.

Stainless steel braided hose used to connect reservoir to the shock absorber body. Set of crush washers included.
